  • I've arrived, but my luggage hasn't arrived yet. Are there any additional fees?

    You will be charged 0.25p every minute. Waiting time at airports includes 45 minutes of free time after the flight has landed. Following that, you will be charged. Our drivers will enter the terminal 45 minutes after your flight arrives.
