    A refund for the booking is not applicable if the passenger is uncontactable at the time of pickup.

    No refund will be made if the driver is dispatched or already on route for pickup.

  • Why can't I get a quotation for my ride on the website or the app?

    We sometimes do not have vehicles in particular coverage zones therefore, users will be unable to receive a quote. However, for more complex bookings, feel free to email us and we will provide you with a formal quotation.

  • I have booked online but received no email confirmation?

    Check your junk folder, this can sometimes happen with Hotmail, Yahoo, and Bing email accounts. If you still can not find the email, please contact us right away by email or telephone.
